Are representatives seeing addresses coming back merged together? Like names, address numbers? So if I have care of, it sometimes shows up as C/OCompanyName1234Cherry Street. This is not cool, especially when 90% of my clients are foreign workers. So if the postal worker doesn't understand it or want to, the refund gets sent back to CRA so the worker and I have to call CRA to get it fixed, even though we didn't change the address in the first place? This is so hard, especially when the worker only speaks Spanish and is wondering why we have to do this? It seems to be getting worse and worse as the years go by..
So this is not really a question, I just want to see if other people are effected and have to get their clients to fix these mistakes by taking time to call CRA?
