Error message appears when I try to sign into my intuit online account through profile. Cannot send T1's for signatures

This morning I finished up a tax return for a client and was ready to send it to get signed through Adobe Sign. When I went to File> Signature > Connect under AbodeSign the message in red showed, "Not Connected to Intuit Online Login.


Though I signed in last week and sent out several income returns through AdobeSign, no issues.


When I go to the cloud icon on the right side of the toolbar on top, it shows an error message: "External Exception E0434352." The same message appears when I go to Online > Sign In.


Two weeks ago I updated my Profile version to 2022.4.1 didn't have any issues up until today.


I have tried re-installing Profile, and I found another article about finding the GreenPoint folder and renaming it but I haven't been able to find the folder.
