ERROR value cannot be null. Parameter name source AND forms that are NOT updated!!!!!

Cannot believe the error "value cannot be null. Parameter name source" when trying to save the T1! Incredible that I have to run as administrator and my compute asks me if I allow changes to my computer every single time!!!!! 

 

Furthermore, I cannot file someone's personal taxes since 3 weeks because profile did not update certain forms like T1229, T2038 and Resource. So unprofessional. WHAT A SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus, they cannot give me an ETA when they will have the update. it could one day before filing!

 

I am switching to Taxprep. This is a SHAME. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. SOFTWARE!!.

didn't you switch yesterday? 

 

Oh, BTW, those forms are still not avalaible in taxPrep!

Great Program version 24.3.7 just crashed!!

 

It says access violation at address 017E6749 in Module 'proile.exe read address 0000000000.

 

DON'T USE THS PROGRAM IT WILL DAMAGE ALL YOUR FILES.

Hi,

 

Not only now do I have accessing errors but the forms do not add up correctly. See the snap shop on for T2038/ The form cannot even take the lesser of two amounts.
