I have clients that lived and worked in Singapore, however I am not able to enter their postal code. They only have a 6 digit postal code no letters and they have to paper file, not eligible for EFILE. how do I fix this.
When I tested this, as long as I fill in the "Country (other than Canada)" field with SGP, just below the SGP, it lets me put in a six-digit postal code. You must also answer the "Residency with non-Canadian mailing address" question just below that.
