Is it just me or does everyone have to restart Profile with each e-signature in DocuSign?

Last year the DocuSign integration worked quite well. This year I have to re-open the software, load up a client, initiate an e-signature session and then save it and close the program before I can do another client. Very time consuming. 

 

If I don't do that extra shut-down and restart the software won't create the next DocuSign envelope.

 

I'm curious to know if this is happening to others or am I just lucky?
