Line 13000 in CRA Assessment

Hi,

I have recently filed some T1 tax returns. After filing the returns, I have checked the Assessed Return through Represent a Client and found an error. The total income (Line 15000) is correct and the same amount the ProFile have calculated. However, the assessed return does not show Line 13000 (Other Income).

Does anybody know if this is an error by CRA or is a glitch with ProFile when submitting via EFILE?

Haven't had that error however I downloaded T4oas slips and there was no tax deducted showing on the download but it was on the physical slip and expected due to clawback. This was using a different tax program at my part time job so I suspect that CRA is the problem.

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

Line 13000 is part of the transmission to CRA when e-filing. For more information on the NOA check with CRA. For AFR ProFile just downloads the information on the CRA website. If you notice any AFR issues, call us at 1-800-452-9970 so we can identify any file specific issues.

Hope this helps
