Looking at the new wording for the MB479 Education and Property Tax Credit with the change to "School taxes paid in 2020". I can of course report the assed and paid as required to align with Occupancy cost on Line 23. However the data does not then correctly transfer to Line 32 which specifically asks for "Gross school taxes assessed in Manitoba". This skews the result at Line 40 as it will most often report zero. Or am I misinterpreting this rewording on the schedule. Opinions welcome.
