Just to get a file completed I have had to purchase multiple ONE PAY and it is still happening. I will get past the payment part of the transaction then click save. The Error is similar to "the file is already in use, unable to save." I will then see that the One Pay shows up in the save modification but when I log back in it is gone. So I will purchase another One Pay. Now I can see multiple One Pay (Purchased). Getting super frustrated. Anyone able to advise me where I can get the One Pay to be acknowledged by the system.
