I've been using Profile for over 20 years and I believe this is the worst year!
It saddens me that forms are still in draft mode rendered in mid-March, it saddens me to see that people are struggling with software freezes because they have changed the way of zooming the display. Worse, nothing is planned as a correction before version 2022.4.0, scheduled for the end of March. How can a developer leave us with a defective product for so long. It is unacceptable.
It also saddens me to realize that the software is so memory intensive. I have 5 computers at home and the software is installed on each. On those with lots of memory, it drives fine, no freezes. But on those with less memory, the software freezes after some time of use and when I have to close it, I find that it is using all available resources and that is probably what is causing it to freeze. It's not a big deal with these computers that are only used with my employees.
It saddens me to take such a long time to print Quebec's declarations. How can a developer claim to improve software when it requires more time to accomplish a task that was done very well before.
I could go on like this for a long time, but I think you get the idea.
In short, this year, the software disappoints me a lot!
I would like to have an official feedback regarding this message, but I very much doubt to have one. Yet I spoke with the director of marketing this summer to explain to them how users feel about their products, but it seems that it was a waste of time, I never heard back. I have a private discussion forum about Profile and I get a lot of dissatisfaction about the software. Many are considering jumping ship and going to a competitor.
I also go through the English community and they too are very dissatisfied.
Anyway, I don't know what Intuit has in mind about Profile, but one thing is certain, for Intuit, the customer comes second...

Sorry for the issues you are having issues. Please be aware the whole ProFile team is aware of issues as they arise or are reported, and work on a fix as soon as safely possible.
I understand what you say Duncan, but still, Intuit should provide updates more frequently... especially when the problem is so important!

For issues that affect return results, there is an update as soon as possible. Also, some users are not happy with too many updates, especially during a busy filing season.
We do not want to rush out releases. There is required planning, programming and testing. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes.
