Profile T1 (v2021.5.0): Error in saving Options Package

Hello,

Using Profile T1 (version 2021.5.0), getting error when saving Options Package (see screenshot). Tried multiple times, restarting the workstation didn't help either. Did not have this problem in previous versions.

 

Is anyone experiencing the same problem?
