Try running a repair. There may have been an issue with the update.

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

You can run a repair  to update if there were updating issues. For update troubleshooting there is an article here. If you are on ProFile 2020.3.0 and just do not have access to FX after the FX license is activated, try running proreg: it is possible the ProFile modules did not register properly.
