T4-RSP Slip 2019 issue with software - unanswered by ProFile

I entered T4 -RSP slip in the form area. Income tax deducted from slip form transferred to T1 but income has not transferred from slip form by Software. CRA did re assessment of client's filing for omission of income and asked him to pay. Client might lost trust on me. I can't check all during the busy season and rely on the software. I emailed to Profile with evidence of error but they said we don't have that issue. But I had it. How to rely on the software during busy time. I switched from Taxcycle in the year 2019. If anyone having similar type of issues? Please see attachement

I never got that issue in my 20 years with Profile. Are you sure there is not a red dot on line 12900.

Probably  error during carry forward from Taxcycle. I switched files from Taxcycle to profile for year 2019

Like previously mentioned there is no issue with ProFile reporting RRSP income for information correctly entered on the T4RSP slip screen. Also, a carry forward of any type will not affect slip entries for the current year. If you need assistance, call us at 1-800-452-9970
