In FX when entering T4's, is there a way to see the combined totals entered for boxes 57, 58, 59 & 60?
I do not see it on the summary page or the employee summary page
Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community
Unfortunately neither T4reconcile nor T4employee have those boxes and they cannot be added to those forms. Creating a report for them would be difficult since their is not a general field code to use: each T4details has a different field code for those lines.
I apologize for the inconvenience but hope this helps
Please escalate this question as CRA requires box 57 58 59 and 60 to be reported for COVID19 subsidy reporting. We also need to be able to populate form PD27. Please let me know when this will be done.
Boxes 57,58,59 &60 are necessary for all T4's in 2020, if employees were paid between March 15 and September 26. Therefore I also request that these be added as soon as possible so our firm can start finishing and file the T4's for our clients correctly.
If the PD27 form could also be added to FX that would be greatly appreciated.
Have gotten the latest update but this doesn't appear resolved yet - no option to input this data. Any idea when we will get a fix?
Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community
Neither the T4reconciliation nor the T4employee forms have totals for these fields. The design did not include this feature. Use the send feedback to request features not in the design although this request has been noted.
I apologize for the inconvenience but hope this helps
Has the design team finished creating these boxes in the T4s in the FX module (not to mention the input screens for the T4 on the tax returns)? These are required by the CRA this year and, as such, must be available to use as soon as possible. I have been receiving T4s with this on them so someone has this available. If not Profile, should we go to a different software provider to get it?
Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile community
Boxes 57 through 60 can be added in the other information section of T4Details in the FX module. For entry of these slips in the T1 module, boxes 57 through 60 are included in box 14 of the T4 so entry is not required in the ProFile T1 module. These boxes are available to CRA through their copies of the T4s.
Hope this helps
YES--they are required.
Hoping Profile has an update to the T1 where these numbers will be entered or will have to get a refund and go to a program that understands the requirements of these boxes being entered onto the T1
Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community
Entries for boxes 57-60 are not required as part of a T1 tax return and therefore not entered on the T4slip screen. These boxes are not used in the tax calculation and are not required by CRA to be sent with the T1 filing. CRA gets a copy of the T4 slip from the employers slip filing so CRA has the information as needed for administration purposes.
For slip filers PD27 will be released in ProFile version 2020.3.0 targeted for release in February the week before the T1 e-filing window opens for he 2020T1 filing season.
Hope this helps
has the fix been completed yet. I just checked as the fix date was to be today and i do not see it fixed yet
Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community
There is not a plan at this time to have a summary page that includes boxes 57 through 60. Use the Send Feedback app in the ProFile help menu to let the product development team know of features you want added to ProFile.
Hope this helps
