Stupid PINS

So how many are ticked off with CRA making us get a new PIN everytime we sign into Rep A Client---this is a pain in the >>>>>>> Looks very UN-professional when you are doing someone's taxes and have to pick up your phone to retrieve a log in pin. They have no clue why you are picking up the phone during 'Their" time  :(

Interesting that you are having that problem.  I haven't had any issues logging into my CRA account.
I changed my username and password once back in mid February since they have recommended this, and I set a 64 character randomly generated password using my password manager (399 bits in encryption strength making it pretty hard to crack).  Although the message recommending changing usernames and passwords still is displayed each time I log into CRA, it's never questioned my pin or had me recreate it.

Perhaps the password strength needs improving and CRA is flagging this as an issue?
(ie:  more characters, numbers, wildcard characters)?

The problem is mine. I had the same user name for my own account before I opened my office. They think that I am doing it "personal" even though doing through rep a client.

They are working on fixing it.

What I do now is carry forward my 10-12 appointments for the day first thing in the morning and then auto fill them all at once, so only sign in once and then if any new clients come. I am trying hard not to take new clients, however if they slip by,i cannot send them away once here
