At Line 3700, I entered $19,000 as prior year dividends declared, and $0.00 as current year declared dividends, but I’ve got errors on the balance equations.
At Line 3700, I found a strange thing the balance gets no errors when I enter negative $19,000 on the prior year, and negative $10,716 on the current year, but negative $10,716 was just made up to get the sheet balanced. The corporation paid $19,000 of dividends for the prior year but has to pay $0.00 dividends for the current year.
