T2 Intuit Profile | 31-Dec-21 is not a valid date error

Hi Duncan!

Changing my system settings and breaking my other programs date entry, such as in Excel and QuickBooks to fix your profile error is not a solution.

Just because you are an American company and do things MM-DD-YY does not mean the rest of the world does. Our office and myself personally follow what a majority of the world does and ether DD-MM-YY or YY-MM-DD. (Smallest to biggest, biggest to smallest)

This has only recently been an issue (June 2022?) meaning one of your programmers did not review their code very well and the issue needs to be addressed in the software as a numerical value vs formatted value. When can we expect this bug to be fixed? It is keeping me from doing a variety of functions.

Additionally my regional settings are as described in the first post (see attached), meaning there are additional steps required to force the system to meet your settings that were not provided in the original "Solution" to the problem.

Thanks!

J
