Adding bank details to your invoices

SOLVEDby QuickBooks1Updated December 22, 2022

Learn how to add bank details to your invoice in QuickBooks Online.

To help your customers set up a payment, you can customise the footer of your invoice to include your bank details. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the invoice template, and select Edit from the Action column.
  3. Select Add your EFT details. Note: It is only possible to add your bank details to the Airy new invoice template. If you can’t see this option, select Change up the template to update your template to Airy New.
  4. Enter your payment details and select Done.

Tip:  You can also use the Message to customer field to add your bank details in the footer of your invoice. Learn more about how to customise your invoices in QuickBooks Online.
