Switch between company files on the QuickBooks mobile app

If you have more than one company file in QuickBooks Online, you can easily switch from one to another in the QuickBooks mobile app.

iOS devices

If you're using an iOS device, follow these steps to switch companies.

1. From the Menu ☰, tap Settings , then tap Switch Company.
2. Select a different company.

Android devices

If you're using an Android device, follow these steps to switch companies.

1. From the Menu ☰, tap Settings , then tap Switch Company.
2. Select a different company.
