How to run purchase order reports

QuickBooks Online Plus has a number of reports that will help you with your purchase orders.

To run a purchase order report:

  1. Go to Business overview and select Reports (Take me there).
  2. From the Reports page, go to the Expenses and Suppliers section.
  3. Select any of the following reports to run or customise them:
    • Open Purchase Order List
    • Open Purchase Order Detail
    • Other Purchase Detail reports

Now you're able to run purchase order reports.
