Understand changes to ‌e-commerce app integrations

The following apps will no longer be supported after June 30, 2025.

• Freshbooks
• Freshbooks Classic
• Loyverse
• Magento
• Neto
• Opencart
• Selz

Here are alternatives to consider after June 30:

• To continue automating your data import, consider exploring other third-party apps that sync data between e-commerce apps and QuickBooks. You can find a list of alternatives in our App Store or your commerce platform’s marketplace.
• Import your data using a .csv file. For detailed instructions, visit our Help Centre.
• Enter your transactions manually in QuickBooks.

Starting May 1 and through June 30, we’ll begin moving the apps listed below from the current apps integration tool, OneSaas, to QuickBooks. We'll notify you via email when your app is ready to move and will provide instructions on what to do.

1. Go to Apps and select Overview (Take me there).
2. From the list of apps, you can launch an e-commerce app.
3. The Tasks card displays any open app issues along with suggested actions. To fix issues, if any,
   1. From the Actions column, select an available option.
      Note: Options vary depending on the issue type.
   2. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the resolution.
