QuickBooks Desktop Support Only Subscription Discontinuation

We are updating our desktop billing system. The transition to a new billing system means a change to the format of billing invoices is coming, but also the discontinuation of standalone support subscriptions.

If you currently have a standalone QuickBooks Desktop subscription, it will expire on April 30, 2021. There will be no loss of access to QuickBooks Desktop, but should you need support in the future and agent can add support to your QuickBooks Desktop product subscription.

Should you be unsure if you have standalone support for QuickBooks Desktop, please check your Desktop invoices. If you receive a separate invoice each month for 'support only' then you have a standalone support subscription for QuickBooks Desktop.
