Bureau Manager permissions in QuickBooks Online Bureau Payroll

There are two access levels in Bureau Payroll:
- Bureau Managers manage a team of payroll processors and can add new users
- Payroll Processors processes the payroll for particular clients, with limited permissions
NOTE: All Payroll Bureau users MUST be either Primary Admin or a Company Admin user in QuickBooks Online Accountant
Payroll Bureau Managers are able to:
- Enable (Add), edit or deactivate Payroll Bureau users.
- Bulk actions: This is a great way to increase efficiency by reducing the number of steps needed to apply a specific action to multiple businesses.
- Bureau Payroll Managers have complete access to all brands and businesses.
