Mineral Inc. provides human resources support for your payroll needs. Depending on your Intuit QuickBooks Workforce subscription, you can utilize the HR Support Center and/or HR Advisor.
HR Support Center (QuickBooks Workforce Premium and QuickBooks Workforce Elite)
If you’re using QuickBooks Workforce Premium and QuickBooks Workforce Elite, you can quickly get info on topics like compliance, hiring best practices, employees, handbooks, crafting job descriptions, and more.
HR Advisor (QuickBooks Workforce Elite)
This service lets you connect securely with an HR Advisor to answer specific questions. You can connect with them as much as you need.

Before you can access the Human Resources Services:
If you’re using QuickBooks Workforce Payroll, you can upgrade your payroll subscription to QuickBooks Workforce Premium or QuickBooks Workforce Elite to get the Human Resource Services. Compare your plans and find out more.
If you're an Accountant, you can access HR services through your own QuickBooks Workforce Elite account.
Initial access can only be done by the Primary Admin. After that, other users that have payroll access, such as Company admin or Standard user will be able to utilize HR services.
Access and use Human Resources Services
QuickBooks Workforce Premium
You’ll have access to HR Support Center.
Go to All apps
, then Payroll, then HR advisor (Take me there).Select any of the topics.
Select any sub topics or select Search more and you’ll be directed to Mineral’s HR Support Center for access to many other HR related topics.
QuickBooks Workforce Elite
You’ll have access to both HR Support Center and HR Advisor.
Go to Payroll, then select HR Advisor.
Select any of the topics.
Select any sub topics or select Search more and you’ll be directed to Mineral’s HR Support Center for access to many other HR related topics.
You’ll also have access to live HR Advisors. Select the chat icon to connect with them through chat from the HR Support Center.
