Use report templates in Spreadsheet Sync

Spreadsheet Sync’s template library includes multiple reports, such as:
- Simple Management Report
 - Smart Profit & Loss Report
 
These templates automatically download data from QuickBooks Online and turn it into a formatted table.
 If you're interested in support any time, any day, consider upgrading to QuickBooks Online Advanced.
Management Report
The Management Report includes the following formatted spreadsheets:
- Trial Balance - Multiple Periods
 - Balance Sheet - Multiple Periods
 - P&L - Multiple Periods
 
To run a Management Report:
- Select Run report in the Spreadsheet Sync panel.
 - Select the company data you want to download from the Select company ▼ dropdown, then select Template library to access the templates.
 - Select the Management Report template in which you want to get your data, then select Get template.
 - Select Refresh to populate the spreadsheet with the latest data from your QuickBooks company.
 
Note: Select Edit filters on the selected report to edit your reports.
Smart Profit & Loss report
To run a Smart Profit & Loss Report:
- Select Run report in the Spreadsheet Sync panel.
 - From the Select company ▼ dropdown, select the company data you want to download.
 - Select Template gallery to access the templates.
 - Select the Smart Profit & Loss template in which you want to get your data and select Get Template.
 - To refresh data, select the pivot table from the Profit & Loss Report Sheet and select Refresh.
 - Select Quick refresh to populate the Smart Profit & Loss Data sheet with the latest data from your QuickBooks company.
 
Note: Select Edit filters on the selected report to edit your reports.
