View Your Contact Import Results
by Intuit• Updated 3 weeks ago
When you import to your Mailchimp audience, we generate a report that shows how many contacts were added, updated, skipped as duplicates, and whether there were any addresses with syntax errors. If you used the Auto-update feature, your results may look a little different.
In this article, you'll learn how to access and read the import results report.
View import history
The Import history page for your audience shows a list of errors detected. To view the affected addresses, access it within 24 hours of the import.
To view your import history, follow these steps.
- Click Audience.
- Click Audience dashboard.
- If you have more than one audience, click the Current audience drop-down and choose the one you want to work with.
- Click the Manage Audience drop-down and choose Manage contacts.
- On the Manage Contacts page, click Import History.
