Get answers to commonly asked questions about ‌eCommerce app integrations that will no longer be supported or will be migrated.

We're focused on improving the integration between eCommerce apps and QuickBooks. Some eCommerce app integrations will no longer be supported in the next few months. Others will be moved to QuickBooks, where they can be found in the app transactions tab.

Frequently asked questions

The following apps will no longer be supported after June 30, 2025.

  • Avaza
  • Ecwid
  • Freshbooks
  • Freshbooks Classic
  • Loyverse
  • Magento
  • Neto
  • Opencart
  • Selz

Here are alternatives to consider after June 30:

  • To continue automating your data import, consider exploring other third-party apps that sync data between eCommerce apps and QuickBooks. You can find a list of alternatives in our App Store or your commerce platform’s marketplace.
  • Import your data using a .csv file. For detailed instructions, visit our Help Center.
  • Enter your transactions manually in QuickBooks.

Starting May 1 and through June 30, we’ll begin moving the apps listed below from the current apps integration tool, OneSaas, to QuickBooks. We'll notify you via email when your app is ready to move and will provide instructions on what to do.

  1. Go to Transactions (Take me there).
  2. Select App transactions.

You’ll see a list of your apps. Select an eCommerce app to view synced QuickBooks transactions, update integration settings, and check in-progress transaction status.
