Prerequisites
To use customer feedback surveys, you need to have QuickBooks Payments.
Turn customer surveys off or on
Your customers will get the survey when they pay a QuickBooks Payments invoice. But you have the option to turn it off.
- Select Settings ⚙️, then Accounts and settings (Take me there).
- Select Sales.
- Select Post-invoice survey, then Edit.Â
- Switch Post-invoice survey on or off.
- Select Save, then Done.
