Get your business credit score through QuickBooks Capital

Find out how to get your business credit score for free with QuickBooks Capital.
QuickBooks Capital is a part of QuickBooks dedicated to helping your business get financing. We partner with Dun & Bradstreet to give you professional insights into your business, including your credit score.
As your business grows, you can use the free business credit score service from QuickBooks Capital any time. This helps you make informed decisions about your business, cash flow, and operations.
Step 1: Set up your account
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
- Go to Lending & banking, then select Capital (Take me there).
- Select the Business credit score tab.
- Select Let’s go to connect to Dun & Bradstreet.
Note: If you’re already a Dun & Bradstreet customer and have your D-U-N-S Number, select enter on the “Know your D-U-N-S Number?” line. You’ll need to enter your number twice to verify. Then select Look it up. If your D-U-N-S Number doesn’t bring up your company info, don’t worry. You can search their database for your business. If you still can’t find it after a search, reach out to Dun & Bradstreet directly at 855-603-4467.
- Enter your business info as it appears in QuickBooks Online.
- Select Search. Then select your company from the list of potential matches.
If there are multiple matches, review the provided info. When you find your business, select Confirm.
Note: If you don’t see your company on the list of matches, please reach out to Dun & Bradstreet directly at 855-603-4468. They can put your business in their database. |
Step 2: Get your business credit score
You’ll see your latest business credit score from Dun & Bradstreet each time you visit the Business credit score tab.
QuickBooks automatically updates your business credit score so you always have the latest insights.
Get help with your business credit score
If you enter the wrong D-U-N-S Number or see the wrong company info, don’t worry. Select Need to change this? and follow the onscreen instructions.
You’ll have a chance to reenter your D-U-N-S Number or find your company in their database.
