QuickBooks Time email notifications

Email notifications

The weekly digest is sent to QuickBooks Time admins on the Week Start day indicated in Company Settings. The admin must be active in the account at least once every three months for the digest to be sent.

Admins will stop receiving all email notifications if they aren't active at least once in three months.

Stop receiving email notifications

  • In the top right corner of QuickBooks Time, select your name, then Profile.

  • Select Notifications.

  • Under Email Subscriptions, uncheck the emails you don't want, then Save.
