Push notifications help inform you about new activity in your Mailchimp account. Enable push notifications in the mobile app to receive campaign and audience updates.

Turn on notifications

Manage your notifications from the Mailchimp mobile app’s account settings.

To access your notifications from an iOS or Android device, follow these steps.

  1. On the Home tab, tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
  2. Tap Notifications.

That’s it! You can toggle the sliders to turn notifications on or off.

Preview CampaignYou can see what your campaign will look like on a mobile device when you choose Push to Mobile from the campaign builder.
Sent CampaignThe mobile app will notify you when a campaign is on its way to your recipients.
Sale SummaryGet a daily report on sales that were generated from your campaign.
Instant SaleGet notified when your campaign makes a sale as soon as it happens.
Resend an Unopened EmailIf you have subscribed contacts that didn’t open an email campaign, we may suggest you send it again.
Abandoned CartThis suggestion will appear if a customer leaves an item in their shopping cart. We’ll draft an abandoned cart automation for you to review and send.
Product RetargetingWe’ll draft a product retargeting email for you to help close that sale. Just review the draft and start sending.
Audience Growth SummaryThis notification will send a daily report of your audience’s growth.
Welcome AutomationsThis notification will suggest that you set up an automation to welcome new subscribed contacts to your audience.
Inbox MessagesGet notified when you receive a new message in your Inbox on your mobile device.
