Manage Account Settings on Mobile
by Intuit•4• Updated 2 months ago
Use the Mailchimp mobile app to manage your account settings, including mobile push notifications, domains, brand logo, and more while you're on the go.
In this article, you’ll learn how to manage your mobile account settings.
Manage your settings
The Mailchimp mobile app offers a few ways to manage your account settings.
To access your mobile account settings, follow these steps.
- In the Mailchimp mobile app, navigate to the Home tab.
- Tap the Settings gear icon.
That's it! Now you can manage your account settings from the mobile app.
View plan
In the View Plan section, review your plan information to see all the features included in your Mailchimp account to build your business and grow your audience.
Accounts
In the Manage Accounts section, view and manage all of your connected Mailchimp accounts. This is an easy place to switch between accounts, connect another account, log out of all accounts, or delete your account.
Notifications
In the Notifications section, manage your Mailchimp mobile push notifications from one place. Here, you can set your preferences for subscriber notifications, campaign updates, recommendations, and more. Toggle the sliders to turn these notifications on or off.
Verified domains
The Email Domains section helps you manage the email domains that you have access to. To send email campaigns with Mailchimp, we need to verify that you are using a valid email address hosted at a domain you can access.
Want to add a domain? Tap Add and verify domain to begin the process.
Beginning February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo will require a custom authentication and a published Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance (DMARC) record for anyone sending more than 5,000 emails to Gmail or Yahoo addresses in a 24-hour period. To prevent your emails from bouncing, we strongly recommend authenticating your email domain and configuring DMARC.
Also, if you use a free email service like Gmail or Yahoo for your From email address, we strongly recommend you switch to an email address from a private domain, like the one you use for work or for your website.
For more information about custom authentication and DMARC, check out About Email Domain Authentication.
My logo
In the My Logo section, upload, remove, and manage your logo. Once your logo is set, it will appear in campaigns and templates that include a logo placeholder.
Because you can only have one default logo per Mailchimp account, this feature is best suited for accounts that are dedicated to a single brand.
To set your logo in Mailchimp, you must have Author access or above.
Audience settings
In the Audience Settings section, create, edit, or delete your Mailchimp audience.
- Create
To create a new audience, tap the plus icon at the top of the screen. The number of audiences you can store in your account depends on your plan. - Edit
To edit an audience, tap the audience you want to edit. Editable information includes: audience name, permission reminders, from name, from email address, and contact information. - Delete
To delete an audience, tap the audience you want to delete and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete and follow the instructions.
Appearance
In the Appearance Settings section, set the brightness of your phone’s display. The following options are available.
- Light
Lighter display - Dark
Darker display - Automatic
The phone will automatically switch between light and dark depending upon the time of day.
Delete your account
Delete your Mailchimp account on your iOS device at any time.
To delete your account on your iOS device, follow these steps.
- On the Home page, tap the Settings gear icon.
- On the Settings page, tap Manage Accounts, then tap the account you want to delete.

All data will be permanently removed.
