Save or Print a Sent Email Campaign
by Intuit• Updated 2 months ago
Sometimes, you may want to save or print a copy of a sent email campaign. To do this, you'll open the archived version of your campaign in a web browser, and then use the browser's print and save functions.
In this article, you'll learn how to find the archived version of your email campaign, which you can view in your browser, print, and save.
Before you start
Here are some things to know before you begin this process.
- Make sure your web browser is up-to-date.
Read our minimum system requirements. - Turn off the Archive Bar.
Mailchimp automatically adds an Archive Bar to the top of all archived email campaigns. The Archive Bar makes it easier for subscribers to translate your campaign and to view sent campaigns, but this isn't necessary in a printout or a saved copy. Learn how to turn off the Archive Bar before you save or print. After you're done, you can turn it back on. - Disable or remove the webpage header and footer.
When you print or save your email campaign, most web browsers will add a header and footer. These display the website address and name, and the date that you accessed the page. You can disable the header and footer when you set your print and save settings.
