Why do I need to enter a new payment method?
We’re migrating QuickBooks Time billing to Intuit Billing. This way, you will be able to manage all your Intuit subscriptions in one place.
Can it be the same payment I use now?
Yes! You can use the same payment method, or update it to a new method.
Note: PayPal has limited support in regions outside of the US.
I entered a new payment method, but I was billed to my old method. Why?
It may take one billing cycle for the changes to take effect in your account.
Where can I find my new Billing & Subscription page?
Once your account completes the migration to Intuit Billing, you'll manage your billing here:
- Select Profile, then Billing & Subscription.
Or, if you have it, you can manage your subscriptions from QuickBooks Online.
Why can’t I access my account until I update my billing information?
After a while, we have to update your account to the Intuit billing platform. Once you follow these steps to update your billing information in your account, you can access it as normal again.
- Select either Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
- Fill out all the fields.
- Select Update now.
