The error You have exceeded the maximum number of users when multiple users log in to QuickBooks Enterprise is now resolved. If you're still experiencing the issue, please reboot your system then sync your license online.
- In QuickBooks, go to the Help menu.
- Select Manage My License then Sync License Data Online.
