License agreement changes for the QuickBooks Desktop subscription plan - 2023

by Intuit Updated 2 years ago

Learn about recent changes to the End User License Agreement (EULA) for QuickBooks Desktop 2023 subscription products.

The QuickBooks EULA is a legal agreement between you and Intuit that defines your installation and use of the software.

We've updated our EULA’s discontinuation policy for QuickBooks Desktop 2023 products. This change better aligns our products with the annual recurring subscription. There's no change for 2022 and prior versions.

Intuit will provide support for QuickBooks Desktop 2023 until the earlier of:

A. the date your current-term subscription expires (including if you fail to renew or decide not to renew);

B. the date on which you must update or upgrade the software due to a required subscription plan update or upgrade of the software, as required by Intuit; or

C. the date on which Intuit discontinues the software and no longer offers subscription renewals.

For this reason, we have made changes to section 13 of the EULA.

If you don’t accept the revised License Agreement

We understand app subscriptions and required updates may not be for everyone and we stand behind our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee

You can choose to cancel your QuickBooks Desktop Subscription at any time.
