View your total number of customers
To get your total number of customers, follow these steps:
- Go to Customers & leads and select Customers (Take me there).
- To filter your customer data, select the Gear ⚙ icon.
- Select all the customer data you want to view.
- Select Include inactive or Include projects if you want to include them in your total.
- Select your preferred page size.
- To view the total number of customers, scroll down.
Export your customer contact list to Excel
If you want to create a mailing list or have all your customers' data in one place, export it to Excel.
- Go to Reports (Take me there).
- Select the Find report by name dropdown, then select Customer Contact List.
- Customize your report.
- Email, export, or print the report.
- To email the report, select the More actions dropdown, then select Email report. Enter all the info needed, then select Send email.
- To export/print, select the Export/Print dropdown. Then select either Export to Excel, Export as CSV, or Print/Save as PDF.
You can sort the data based on address, currency, open balance amounts, and the like in Excel.
