QuickBooks Desktop 2021 Migration Policy

If you purchased QuickBooks Desktop 2020 for Windows or Mac directly from us or through our website after July 20, 2020, you can get a downloaded version of QuickBooks Desktop 2021 at no cost. You can also get a physical disk for only the cost of shipping.

If you purchased your Quickbooks Desktop 2020 from a retail store after August 1, 2020, please Contact us for the Terms and Conditions.

To request your copy of the new QuickBooks Desktop for Windows software:

1. In your current version of QuickBooks, select Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. At the bottom of the pop-up window, select Contact Us.
3. Enter your request for a new copy of QuickBooks Desktop 2021, then select Continue.
4. Choose how you want to complete your request:
   1. Select Start messaging to chat online with our support team.
   2. Select Get a callback, enter the requested information and then select Confirm my call.  You'll receive a call back within the time listed.
