As of October 14, 2025, Microsoft no longer provides security updates or support for Windows 10 operating system (OS). QuickBooks Desktop will no longer support it either. This means that computers (PCs) with Windows 10 OS may have higher security risks and viruses. Easily upgrade to Windows 11 to protect personal info, like Social Security numbers and bank account details.
Note: Many users can upgrade to Windows 11 through Microsoft. Please contact Microsoft support to confirm your upgrade eligibility.
