Here are some things to know about the nonprofit discount.

Request a nonprofit discount

To submit a nonprofit discount request for your Mailchimp marketing plan, follow these steps. This process doesn’t apply to SMS Marketing programs.

  1. Visit the Contact page.
  2. Click the Topic drop-down, then choose Billing.
  3. Click the What kind of billing question do you have? drop-down, then choose Non-profit Discount Requests (US) or Non-profit Discount Requests (Int'l) depending on your business location.
  4. In the Didn't find what you're looking for? section, click Access our contact form.

The information you’ll provide through the contact form varies depending on your business location.

United States

If your organization is based in the United States, you’ll need to provide a digital copy of your official 501c3 determination letter.

International

If you’re a nonprofit based outside the United States, provide a link to your organization’s website. We’ll review your request and let you know if we require additional proof of your nonprofit status.
