Learn about Webgility integration into QuickBooks Desktop 2022. You won't have to enter your data twice.

Webgility syncs your online sales channels with QuickBooks Desktop. Track your revenue from places like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, directly in QuickBooks. You can see fulfillment, orders, item inventory, and other info from QuickBooks in Webgility.

Integrate E-commerce Webgility into QuickBooks

To enjoy the flexibility of Webgility, you'll need at least QuickBooks Plus 2022, or Enterprise 22. If you want to try Webgility, but need to upgrade, here’s how.

Sync sales transactions

  • Sales receipts in QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus.
  • And sales orders in QuickBooks Premier Plus.
  • Enterprise also syncs invoices and estimates.

Purchase and register Webgility for QuickBooks

Before you connect to Webgility, you’ll need to register and sign up for an account.

  1. Go to Company, then  My Company, and select Get E-commerce Integration.
  2. You'll then go through the available Webgility packages you can purchase and activate.
    You’re asked to sign in to your Intuit Account if you’re not already.

How do I change from my existing Webgility package to a new e-commerce package through QuickBooks?

Contact the Webgility billing team directly at billing@webgility.com, or call  1-877-753-5373 ext 2, and they'll help you move plans. 

Also contact Webgility if you want to change from one e-commerce package to another.

How do I change users, orders, or channels to my existing package?

  1. Sign in to the Webgility customer portal.
  2. Select Users & Sales Channels.
    The total number of users and stores on their plan is displayed on the right.
  3. To purchase more stores / users / orders, select Purchase add ons.
  4. Then select your add on and select Continue to pay and complete the purchase. Once the payment goes through, the add-ons show in your account.
  5. To enable them in Webgility, close and restart QuickBooks.

Request to cancel through the Webgility Customer Portal. In some cases, the Webgility Customer Success team may need to reach out to process the cancelation.

All of your data remains while the Webgility app stays on your computer, but won’t continue syncing until the subscription reactivates.  

Note: If you uninstall Webgility, you'll lose your data and you'll have to start over. Make a backup of your Webgility data before you cancel.
