View your financials across all your companies in one place. Manage everything from one dashboard faster so you no longer have to switch companies.
You and your team can use multi-company tools based on user permissions. These tools support consolidated reports and intercompany transactions
Multi-entity businesses can use these reports to track specific data across entities:

| Consolidated A/R Aging Summary and Detail Reports | Track outstanding invoices owed by customers across all companies, grouped by aging period. |
| Consolidated A/P Aging Summary and Detail Reports | Track outstanding invoices owed to vendors across all companies, grouped by aging period.. |
| Consolidated Expenses by Vendor Report | Provides a summary of expenses by vendor across all companies. |
| Consolidated Transaction Journal Report | Details the debits and credits that make up individual transactions. |
| Consolidated Sales by Customer Summary and Detail Report | Generate sales summaries by customers across all companies. |
| Consolidated Invoice List | Displays invoices across all companies that the user has access to in the consolidated view. |
| Consolidated Transaction List by date | Provide details of all transactions across all companies, grouped by date. |
| Consolidated Transaction detail by account | Provide details of all transactions across all companies, grouped by account. |
| Consolidated Deposit detail | Show details of all deposits across all companies. |

View all your consolidated reports
Consolidated view only works if the user has access to two or more companies. The primary admin can grant consolidated reports access to the following roles:
- Standard all-access
- Reports view only
- In-house accountants
- Bookkeeper
Prerequisites
- The primary admin needs to turn on consolidated view access for other users.
- You must have access to two or more companies.
Here’s how you view your consolidated reports:
- Go to Reports
, then Standard reports (Take me there). - Select a report in the Consolidated Reports section.
- Review the data by company, report period, and accounting method.
- Filter the data by company, shared dimension, or transaction origin.
Update your consolidated view user access
- Sign in to your consolidated view as the Primary admin.
- Go to SettingsÂ
and select Manage users. - Select Edit for the user you want to update permissions for.
- Add companies or update roles for the selected user.
- Select Manage consolidated view permissions to update view, create, edit and delete permissions for list management and intercompany transactions.
- Select Continue to save changes.
View your transaction journal report
The transaction journal report gives a clear view of each transaction. It shows activity for parent and child companies. Here’s how:
- Open the Accounting App.
- Select the Intercompany Transactions tab.
- Select View Transaction Journal for any transaction linked to an invoice/bill.
Note: Intercompany transactions have an IC mark in the Transaction Type column to distinguish them from non-intercompany transactions.
Map your chart of accounts by name
Find key data from summarized reports. Map your chart of accounts by account name or when you enable a shared chart of accounts.
Tip: You can also use these extra tools to help you work with Intuit Enterprise Suite.
