View consolidated reports for multiple companies with Intuit Enterprise Suite

Consolidated reports provide a comprehensive financial overview of an entire organization for businesses with multiple entities.
Multi-entity businesses can use these reports to track specific data across entities:
- Consolidated A/R Aging Summary and Detail Report: tracks outstanding invoices owed by customers.
- Consolidated A/P Aging Summary and Detail Report: tracks outstanding invoices owed to vendors.
- Consolidated Expenses by Vendor Summary Report: provides a summary of expenses by vendor.
- Consolidated Transaction Journal Report: details the debits and credits that make up individual transactions.
- Consolidated Sales by Customer Summary Report: generates sales summaries by customer.
Note: Consolidated financial reports such as Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statement and Trial Balance reports are also available in the Consolidated View of Intuit Enterprise Suite.

You can access these reports in the Reporting App.
 Consolidated reports can be accessed by the following roles who have access to two or more entities:
- Standard All-Access
- Reports View Only
- In-House Accountants
- Bookkeeper
Prerequisites
- The Consolidated View feature must be enabled.
- You must have access to two or more entities.
To view consolidated reports, follow these steps:
- Open the Reporting App.
- Navigate to the Consolidated Reports section.
- Filter the data by company, report period, and accounting method.
View the Transaction Journal Report
The Transaction Journal Report provides visibility into individual transactions for both Parent and Child entities.
Prerequisites
- The Consolidated View feature must be enabled.
To view the Transaction Journal Report, follow these steps:
- Open the Accounting App.
- Select the Intercompany Transactions tab.
Note: Intercompany transactions are marked with an (IC) label in the Transaction Type column to distinguish them from non-intercompany transactions.
Chart of accounts name mapping
Find essential data from summarized reports when a Chart of Accounts is mapped by account name or when Shared Chart of Accounts is enabled.
