Create and print a packing slip in QuickBooks Online

A packing slip is a document that contains item, quantity, and other important shipping information when shipping goods to your customers.

Print a packing slip

1. Go to All apps , select Customer Hub, then select Customers (Take me there).
2. Select the customer's name to display a list of their transactions.
3. From the Transaction List tab, select the checkbox next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a packing slip.
4. Select the Batch actions dropdown, then select Print packing slip.
5. The print preview screen will open so you can select printing options, preview, and print.

Note: QuickBooks will create one packing slip per invoice by default. It is not possible to edit or customize a packing slip.
