After a recent update, Safari has started blocking cross-site tracking by default. The Training tab in QuickBooks Online Account uses cross-site tracking in order to give proper access to the training content.
Allow cross-site tracking in Safari
You can work around the error by allowing cross-site tracking in Safari.
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari at the top left, then choose Preferences.
- Select Privacy.
- Un-check Prevent cross-site tracking.
- Refresh your browser.
