Fix login failure when accessing Training tab in Safari

If you're using Safari, find out how to resolve login failure when you go to the Training tab in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

After a recent update, Safari has started blocking cross-site tracking by default. The Training tab in QuickBooks Online Account uses cross-site tracking in order to give proper access to the training content.

Allow cross-site tracking in Safari 

You can work around the error by allowing cross-site tracking in Safari.

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari at the top left, then choose Preferences.
  3. Select Privacy.
  4. Un-check Prevent cross-site tracking.
  5. Refresh your browser.
