Learn what to do if you ended your subscription and want to start using your existing account again.
If you decide to resubscribe within one year, you can use the same account and keep using all your existing accounting info.
We hold on to your accounting info for one year after you cancel, just in case you want to come back. Simply sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed within one year, pay for your subscription, and pick up where you left off.
Note: We delete your accounting info after one year. You can still resubscribe with the same sign-in info. However, your accounting data won't be there.

Fix subscription issues
If you recently cancelled your subscription and don't see the option to resubscribe, it's possible that the cancellation is still pending. If that's the case, you'll still have access to your account until your next billing cycle. At that point, your subscription will be fully cancelled, and you can resubscribe.
If you're unsure whether your subscription is cancelled or how long you'll have access, contact our support team.
