
Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information

Change your Intuit Account’s user ID, password, or contact info for all our products in the Intuit Account Manager. This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Workforce, QuickBooks Time, TurboTax, or Credit Karma, and our professional tax products.
You may want to change your user ID, password, email address, or phone number for security reasons. To do this, sign in to your Intuit Account or product where you can edit your account credentials.
Important: Your Intuit Account is connected to all of your Intuit products. Any changes you make apply to all of your Intuit products, including QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and our professional tax products.
Prerequisites
If you can’t sign in, recover your Intuit Account first.
Change your sign-in information
- Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
- If you’re already in QuickBooks, select your profile icon next to Settings
, then select Manage your Intuit Account.
- If you’re already in TurboTax, select Intuit account.
- If you’re already in Credit Karma, select Settings ⚙, then select Manage Your Account.
- If you’re already in QuickBooks, select your profile icon next to Settings
- Select Sign in & security.
- Select the setting or field you want to change and make your changes.
Next steps
After any changes to your contact info, update it for your company in QuickBooks Online to make sure it’s correct on your sales forms.
