What to do if you don't see your Advisor profile on the Find-an-Advisor website

Learn what to review so you can publish your Advisor profile.
If you don't see your profile on the find an Advisor website, don't worry. Here are a few things to check so you can publish your profile and potential clients can find you.
Solution 1: Review your profile
Review and update your public Advisor profile. In particular, make sure your firm's physical address is up to date. Check the spelling and Postal code.
Tip: PO boxes may not register correctly in search. We recommend you use a physical address instead.
Solution 2: Check your QuickBooks certification
You must have a current and valid QuickBooks Online certification to publish your Advisor profile. Learn more about specific certification requirements.
If you need to renew your certification, here's how to sign up for certification courses and take the exam.
Solution 3: Learn more about specific profile requirements
If you reviewed your profile and have a valid certification, you should be able to publish your profile on the Find-an-Advisor website.
If you still can't find it, check if you need to fulfill any additional requirements.
