Fix a blank Advisor tab

Solution 1: Clear web browser cookies and cache
Web browsers store cookies and bits of data to speed up your browsing experience. Sometimes this can stop pages from loading correctly.

Solution 2: Use a different web browser
If you cleared your browser cache and the Advisor tab is still blank, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account in another browser.
