How does a client access their QuickBook account through their phone? It is set up but they aren't able to link up with the app to the desktop?

The account was set up on the desktop, and I know you should be able to link in with the accounting app. She tries and it says no company is set up with that email yet? We verified the email, and she downloaded QuickBook Accounting app. Not sure where to go from here?
