Let's go over some basic troubleshooting steps so you can use QuickBooks on your device seamlessly.

 

The mobile app stores cache to improve your user experience and task performance. You can clear your data to refresh the system and remove older files that cause unusual responses in QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon at the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

Next, create an expense. If you continue to get the same result, uninstall and reinstall QBO on your device to start fresh. 

 

If none of these solutions work, please contact our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team. They have additional tools to figure out what is causing the program's unexpected behavior. Once the permanent solution is available, our specialists will walk you through the implementation process.
