About QB Community
Good day, funatv.
In QuickBooks, the invoice information includes the customer's name and billing address. At this time, we're unable to take the customer's information on a PDF file.
As a workaround, you can search for any third-party applications that will integrate with QuickBooks. Here's the link for reference: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home.
If you're referring to printing invoices with attachments, you can download the attached file and save it as a PDF.
- Open the invoice.
- Click on Print or Preview and select Print or Preview.
- Select Print and follow the onscreen instruction to print the invoice.
- Once done, go back to the invoice and click on the attached file in the Attachments section.
- Another tab will open. Then, press the Ctrl + P keys.
- Choose Save as PDF from the Destination drop-down arrow.
- Click on Save.
You'll learn more through this link about the file types you can attach in QBO: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.
It's a great idea to capture signatures on invoices. You can find more information in this article: Capture signatures using the QuickBooks Online app. Your customers can sign the invoice with their fingers.
In case you want to design your template for invoices, you can check this article for more details: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
